Store pick up:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Manly. Please contact us for pick up details at info@sunfoxactive.com.au.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sunfoxactive.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy
At Sunfox Active, we want you to love every piece you purchase. We understand that sometimes a size isn't quite right, or you might change your mind. We're always happy to help you find something that works better for you. 💕
Change of Mind & Wrong Size
We offer exchanges or store credit only for eligible change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for these returns.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to contact us and request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unused and in their original condition.

Returned with all original tags attached and original packaging.

Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we can arrange store credit instead.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges or store credit.
This exclusion does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Return
Please email info@sunfoxactive.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

For change-of-mind and wrong-size returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll arrange your exchange or store credit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our activewear. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@sunfoxactive.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.
We'll assess the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where Australian Consumer Law gives you a choice of remedy, that choice remains yours.
Our change-of-mind policy, sale-item exclusions and 30-day return period do not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights.
