Ordering

What materials are your activewear made of?

More than 90% of Sunfox is made from a combination of Nylon and Lycra.  Did you know Nylon was originally created as an alternative to Silk, which explains its butter soft feel!  It’s also a lot stretchier than fabrics like polyester.  Nylon is also stronger than Polyester meaning garments made from this material should last longer.

How do I choose the right size for my activewear?

We provide a guide on each item listed on the website, however as a general rule we recommend you choose a size down with our leggings, as the fabric is very stretchy.   Training tops and bras are true to size.

How do I care for my activewear to ensure longevity?

Always wash inside out, cold wash. Less wash detergent and do not use softener liquid. Also wash straightaway after exercise, do not soak the gears in water at all.

Are your products suitable for various types of workouts?

Yes, our products are designed to be suitable for anything from yoga to HIIT - each product has the specifics on the page that you can see.

Can I find your activewear in physical retail stores?

At the moment Sunfox Active is available for purchase online or at our pop-up stores. Check our social media for pop-up information, and you can try things on.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Afterpay as payment methods. You can also pay via card, or in cash, in person at our pop-up stalls.

Can I purchase gift cards for your activewear brand?

You absolutely can! We have a great range of gift vouchers available on the gift voucher page. These are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

We do offer discounts for bulk orders and wholesale - we can even add your logo to products. Please email info@sunfoxactive.com.au for information and quotes.

Shipping

How long does shipping take within Australia?

Shipping with Australia Post is estimated to take 1-5 working days, assuming there are no outside circumstances affecting their service. If the parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days, please contact us & we will investigate your shipment.  Rest assured that in the end, we will make every effort to supply the ordered items.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this stage. We are focusing on our Australian market at the moment. But watch this space.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

We have our full returns policy on the returns/exchange page.

We do not offer refunds at this stage, but we are more than happy to offer a store credit within 30 days of purchase. If you order the wrong size, you can simply send the order back and we will exchange the garment for the correct size.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

If you have submitted your order, we will try our best to accommodate your request, however there is no guarantee we will be able to change it.  Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
