General

Where can I find size information?
We provide a guide on each item listed on the website, however as a general rule we recommend you choose a size down with our leggings, as the fabric is very stretchy.   Training tops and bras are true to size.
What are your garments made from?
More than 90% of Sunfox is made from a combination of Nylon and Lycra.  Did you know Nylon was originally created as an alternative to Silk, which explains its butter soft feel!  It’s also a lot stretchier than fabrics like polyester.  Nylon is also stronger than Polyester meaning garments made from this material should last longer.

Ordering

I have received my item and it is damaged. What should I do?
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us asap and we will gladly exchange the faulty item. Please be reassured that we check our products before they are despatched, so we hope to never supply a faulty item.
Can I cancel my order?
We're unable to cancel an order that has already been despatched, however you may contact us regarding a store credit if the items are in the original packaging and are unworn.
I’ve just ordered the wrong size/style online, can I update my order prior to despatch?
Please email our team at with your name, order number, the incorrect item ordered and what you are wanting to change.  Be sure to add ‘URGENT’ in the email and we will do our best to assist you IF your item has not already been despatched 😘
I have already submitted my order, is it too late to change it?
If you have submitted your order, we will try our best to accommodate your request, however there is no guarantee we will be able to change it.  Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
How do I know my order has been processed?
First of all, thank you so much for placing an order with us.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete. You will then receive a second email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

How long until I will receive my parcel?
Shipping with Australia Post is estimated to take 1-5 working days, assuming there are no outside circumstances affecting their service. If the parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days, please contact us & we will investigate your shipment.  Rest assured that in the end you we will make every effort to supply the ordered items.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
Once we receive your order, your parcel will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return different orders in the same package?
Absolutely! Just make sure to include the order numbers and product information for both your orders on the provided return form so that we easily process your return.
I can see that my return has been delivered, when will it be processed?
If the tracking status of your return states ‘delivered’, please be assured we do our very best to process returns as fast as possible and you'll hear back from us soon!
Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns at this stage. You are welcome to return via the cheapest method possible & in the same packaging it was received in.
Can I return/exchange my order?
We do not do offer refunds at this stage, but we are more than happy to offer a store credit within 30 days of purchase. If you order the wrong size, you can simply send the order back and we will exchange the garment for the correct size.
